Internship Type: Outreach Learning Intern reporting to the Learning Officer Location: Gainsborough’s House, 47 Gainsborough Street, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2EU and off site at schools and events as required
Duration: part-time hours 18 hours per week. Flexible opportunities from June to September 2020 to be discussed.
Salary: Unpaid apart from out-of-pocket travel expenses to outreach events

Under the supervision of the Learning Officer, the Learning Intern will support learning workshops at our outreach events across the region. They will assist in the planning, development and delivery of activities for our local and diverse audience (schools, rural communities, adults and families).
This internship will help you develop a range of creative skills using a variety of media, you will learn to operate and demonstrate our travelling Camera Obscura. The role will involve setting up the camera obscura tent and delivering learning sessions and activities at a wide variety of events across the region.
